The Trainingstone Medium Pinches have a general flat to positive profile which will help improve wider pinch strength and develop strength for the small range in the series. The famous Bleaustone fine surface-texture has also been used to great effect on these holds, resembling the skin preserving properties of wood but with all the predictable friction of resin. There are five holds in the medium pinch set.
