Like the slopers these holds are easy to fit and appear to hold their position well. In terms of comfort, the holds are well moulded and have no sharp edges unlike some small crimps. There are minor differences between the holds which can be exploited to target specific weaknesses, for example, I have used the smaller holds for the left hand side of the board to give the left hand a harder workout since my left hand is noticeably weaker than my right. The crimps are significantly harder to use than the slopers and I can't imagine trying to use them on a really steep wall. I use the holds to isolate and target specific crimp strength by climbing up them and then down climbing to the point of failure, about 4 to 6 mves, then rest for 1 to 2 minutes and repeating the exercise up to three times.
