I love it, saved my hands on numerous occasions! I thought my friend may have been exaggerating, however i have found it to heal my hands pretty dam fast! Even when you get blisters or cuts climb on will be fine to use! Just grab a clump and stick it in. I'd say it will heal over cuts within 2-3 days which is great when you go climbing outdoors.
