1. How do I return/exchange an item?
Simply write 'please refund' or 'please exchange for .....' on your receipt (which you can find in the 'documents enclosed' envelope on the outside of your package) and return this with your item to the address at the bottom of this page. If you have lost your receipt then a cover letter containing your order number will do just as nicely.
