The Lapis Rollyball is an interesting addition to any home training setup. These spherical resin balls hang in the air, suspended by slings (not included) allowing you to work on your pinch and general upper body strength. Because the larger balls force you to adopt a wider pinch they are better suited to the more beastly climber. Small Rollyball diameter: 7.5cm
Large Rollyball diameter: 9.5cm
