I have only had this thing for a few weeks ( i got the medium ) but it is already falling apart . I haven't treated it badly yet the outside surface is peeling off leaving a mess every time i use it , and it's splitting from the inside out ( where the band rubs/cuts the ball ) it wont be usable soon . It's a shame because i found it a handy training aid . I would advise you not to buy this unless they improve the longevity of the product . Also don't use your nails with the tabs . I would have given this product 5 stars if it wasn't falling to bits ...
