The Metolius Magnum pad is a triple fold design to make it easy to carry but it folds out to a gargantuan size of 1.8 x 1.2m, perfect for all of your bouldering needs and also a great crag bed. Impact force is efficiently absorbed by the 100mm of foam which is a triple layer design featuring a 1" (25 mm) closed-cell top layer, 2.5" (60 mm) open-cell center, 0.5" (15 mm) closed-cell base layer. The Metolius Magnum also has a small external stash pocket and a larger internal pocket for your shoes and accessories.

DA FREAKN NUTS!!! i'll start with the bad...the price,although still a good £100 pounds cheaper than any other website.The good...freakn massoff,awesome construction,very well thought out design,seriously just shy of a double matress size,handy small outer pocket and massive pocket built in to the inner,more than enough room for guides,shoes,chalk bag etc surprisingly light for it's size not a problem to carry around crags,confidence building foam,really very supportive for those big falls and comfy enough for a tidy nap...nice little carpet patch in the middle of the middle section for cleaning shoes,creases and gutters well eliminated so it feels as if it's one giant piece so no broken ankles...really is an awesome mat, I deffinitely put this forward as a sure fire bit of safety awesomesness!!!
