The Metolius Project is a nice size and shape for those with restricted space. Although it is essentially a smaller version of the Simulator 3D, it retains all the holds needed to train different grip types, be it slopers, crimps or pockets. The fine texture of the board means that your fingers wont be torn to shreds either. The Project has its holds arranged along a large arc. This shape follows the natural ergonomics of the body far better than flat boards so that injuries (especially in the elbows) are reduced. The master for the Project board has been CNC milled for perfect symmetry, this means that you will always be training both sides of your body evenly. The final ergonomic touch is the top to bottom taper which gives great forearm clearance no matter which hold you are using. Details: - Includes instructions, training guide and mounting hardware
