All orders for in-stock items placed before 2pm on a weekday are dispatched the same day. We will send a confirmaiton email as soon as your order is dispatched. You can log-in to the BananaFingers website at any time to check the status of your order.
UK Shipping
Wherever possible we use Royal Mail Tracked as a delivery method. This allows you to specify a 'safe place' at which Royal Mail can leave your package. We will email a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. This will allow you to track your order at multiple stages of the delivery process. Once your order is in the hands of Royal Mail you will receive email and sms (if a mobile phone number is provided) updates about the delivery status of your order. Royal Mail Tracked is divided into Standard and Next Day services.
Royal Mail Tracked Standard
If the total value of your order is over £60 shipping by Royal Mail Tracked Standard (2 to 3 days) is free. For smaller orders it costs £4.00
Royal Mail Tracked Next Day
The Royal Mail Tracked Next day delivery service is available for £4.99 (orders under £60) or £2.50 (orders over £60). If your order weighs over 15 kg a 24Hr courier service will be used. We will ensure that your order is dispatched the same day so long as it is received before 2pm.
EU Shipping
Our standard shipping cost for EU countries is £7.99. This rate of shipping is used for all items which are not excessively heavy. You can place as many 'light' items in your cart as you like - the shipping rate will remain at £7.99. If you place a heavier item such as a rope or hangboard in your cart the shipping rate will jump up to £22.00. For very large items (such as boulder pads) the shipping rate will jump up to £99.00.
We use either Royal Mail's 'International Signed For' service or a courier service (usually DHL) depending upon the weight of your item. Delivery should take around 3-4 working days.
Rest of World Shipping
Our standard international shipping rate is £12. This shipping cost applies to all countries outside of the EU. The £12 shipping rate applies to all 'light' items, including climbing shoes, cams, quickdraws, harnesses etc. You can buy as many 'light' items as you like - the shipping rate will remain at £12 *. However, placing heavy items (hangboards and ropes) in your cart will cause the shipping cost to jump up to £50. Placing very large items such as boulder pads in your cart will cause the shipping cost to rise to £120.

* Update: We really appreciate it if our international customers do not purchase large quantities of low-value high volume goods such as chalk! It costs us far more money to send chalk internationally than we make from the sale. We understand that every climber needs chalk and so we do not want to add any surcharge to these orders, however we reserve the right to process a refund for some or all of your chalk if it is a large contributor to the weight or volume of your order.
