Most items are shipped within 24 hours of the order being placed. In many cases if an order is placed in the morning it will be dispatched the same day. However, occassionaly an item will be out of stock, in which case you may have to wait a few days extra (this is rarely the case!). For £6.99 we will send your item by Royal Mail Special Delivery (if your order is under 2kg) or a 24Hr Courier service. The option of our free delivery service (for orders over £60) is still available.
UK Standard Delivery
If the total value of items in your shopping basket is under £60 you will be charged £4.65 for delivery by either Royal Mail Recorded delivery (1st Class), or a courier service (depending on the weight and cost of your order). If the total value is above £60 shipping is Free.
Most light items, such as shoes, helmets, harnesses and gear are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (1st Class), and so should arrive the following day. Heavier items such as ropes and hangboards are usually sent by DHL48 (which results in items arriving the next day 95% of the time).
EU Shipping
Our standard shipping cost for EU countries is £7.99. This rate of shipping is used for all items which are not excessively heavy. You can place as many 'light' items in your cart as you like - the shipping rate will remain at £7.99. If you place a heavier item such as a rope or hangboard in your cart the shipping rate will jump up to £22.00. For very large items (such as boulder pads) the shipping rate will jump up to £99.00.

Rest of World Shipping
Our standard international shipping rate is £12. This shipping cost applies to all countries outside of the EU. The £12 shipping rate applies to all 'light' items, including climbing shoes, cams, quickdraws, harnesses etc. You can buy as many 'light' items as you like - the shipping rate will remain at £12. However, placing heavy items (hangboards and ropes) in your cart will cause the shipping cost to jump up to £50. Placing very large items such as boulder pads in your cart will cause the shipping cost to rise to £120.
