Wild country's helium friends
have been developed from
the heritage of the original
friends building on this
innovative single stem design
to bring a lighter, more
ergonomic and durable
camming device to the
market. Helium friends utilise
a 13.75 degree cam angle to
give the best combination of
holding power and range, due
to this re-design not only has
the range of each individual
cam increased but there is
also a greater overlap
between each size. This
means that if you have
already placed one size of
cam but could do with another
the chances are that either a
size up or down will also fit
the placement securely, this
great design has meant that
the number of units in the
complete set of friends has
been reduced to just 9
covering 14 – 101.83mm.
