Great for strengthen fingers and forearms. Had an injury for a few months and this help the recovery.

This will not get you stronger, but going climbing at the Peak and Font at -5 our with a breeze, its difficult to get well warmed up, this thingy really helps to get the knuckles and joints moving in the hand, and maybe induce a little forearm pump. a usefull toy, also a 'power gyro ball' works well.
