This sizing advice is based on two pairs of brand new shoes. Leather shoes tend to stretch
more than synthetic shoes. When switching from synthetic to leather you may want to select a smaller size.
Featuring a moderately downturned and asymmetric last, that channels your foot into the perfect position for powering yourself off of small edges, and a supple one-piece heel cup and wrap-around rand that assures solid heel security, the Boreal Crux is a performance shoe that will help you maneuver your way through the most technical sequences or most powerful and dynamic cruxes.
Boasting a vegan-friendly synthetic upper woven of microfibre, and a recycled mesh tongue, the Boreal Crux provides a comfortable and bespoke fit, whilst its double strap closure keeps the Crux solid on your foot. On the lower end, Zenith Pro 2 rubber offers superb edging performance and friction, whether you're balancing your way up edges or tentatively tip-toeing across sketchy slopers. Recycled Eco rubber makes up the middle of the Crux's sole, whilst generous rubber coverage over the toes helps keep stretch to a minimum and provides a comfortable platform for toe-hooking.
Whatever the occasion, whether is sport climbing, bouldering, steep or slab, the Boreal Crux is a shoe to rely on.
