This sizing advice is based on two pairs of brand new shoes. Leather shoes tend to stretch
more than synthetic shoes. When switching from synthetic to leather you may want to select a smaller size.

A new entry in Evolv's renowned climbing shoe range, The Geshido Lace is designed with the climber that aims to excel on multiple styles of terrain, from the steepest and pumpiest sport routes to technical and delicate slabs, all the way to indoor style competition blocs. The Geshido's construction gathers technical attributes and parts of its design from Evolv's vast knowledge of what makes the perfect climbing shoe. They have been in the business a long-time and from the production of the Geshido, you can tell.
First off, the Geshido features a single layer leather upper paired with the 3/4 length lace closure system that allows the shoe to mold to the shape of your foot over time and provides a perfect custom fit, which can then be sinched up for times you need more power channeled to your toes. Alongside this, the 1.2 full-length plastic midsole will ensure you have sufficient power to drive through small footholds and provide you with confidence when balancing your way through glassy sequences. It's thinner heel rand gives enough precision and power to perform when the terrain turns over-hanging, but does not sacrifice rigidity and power due to its dark spine heel mid-sole.
