This sizing advice is based on two pairs of brand new shoes. Leather shoes tend to stretch
more than synthetic shoes. When switching from synthetic to leather you may want to select a smaller size.
The Red Chili Spirit IV gives you both comfort and performance either in the gym or on the penultimate pitch of your all-day epic. Three VCR straps provide a secure fit and optimal adjustment to the foot, whilst it's neutral last with little pre-tensioning and the anti-bacterial hemp footbed gives comfort and added hygiene. The Impact Zone wedge on its heel which cushions your step and provides comfort and is perfect for newcomers to climbing and seasoned veterans alike.
