The Scarpa Furia 80 is a limited edition shoe released in a small quantity to celebrate the 80th birthday of Scarpa. For the project, legendary shoe designer Heinz Mariacher took his favourite sofline model, the Furia S, and enhanced it. The reivisions to the shoe are mainly performance based with an extended IPR-X tension power rib which increases the connectivity between the heel and toe of the shoe to provide improved power levels through your big toes and greater support. They are also red and look awesome.

As part of the 80th anniversary line the Furia 80 comes with some free things, these include a branded cotton shoe bag, smaller cotton drawstring bag for your accessories, an 80th anniversary pin badge, stickers, certificate of authenticity (numbered out of 900 pairs worldwide) and an anniversary club card allows you to be the first to receive special promotions and news from Scarpa.

Details:

UPPER: Multi-panel upper with seamless big toe panel
and offset four toe stitch for the best custom moulding fit.
Wave strap system spreads the pressure across the upper
and grants large volume adjustment. A high-stretch gusset
allows easy entry.

INSOLE: Minimal Flexan 1.0mm midsole insert with floating
big toe pad for ultimate sensitivity.

ACTIVE RANDING The combination of SRT and IPR-X
tension enables perfect power distribution and immediate
and precise support for front pointing in small pockets or tiny
edges. This full length tension band also limits stretch and
helps to keep the shoe in his original shape for an extended
period.

SOLE: 3.5mm 1/3 length XS Grip 2 sole with a handcrafted
2mm ribbed XS Grip 2 heel. M50 rubber SRT Rand.

How I choose the correct size?

All climbing shoe models fit differently. We put together our 'shoeculator' to help you find the right size in a new model, compared to your old climbing shoes or street shoes.

Choose from the options below to find your size in the Scarpa Furia 80
Climbing Shoe
or
Street Shoe

This sizing advice is based on two pairs of brand new shoes. Leather shoes tend to stretch more than synthetic shoes. When switching from synthetic to leather you may want to select a smaller size.
