1. How do I return/exchange an item?
Simply write 'please refund' or 'please exchange for .....' on your receipt (which you can find in the 'documents enclosed' envelope on the outside of your package) and return this with your item to the address at the bottom of this page. If you have lost your receipt then a cover letter containing your order number will do just as nicely. The same applies for both UK and International customers.
1. How long do refunds take?
When we receive your returned item we will send you a confirmation email. Within the next 7 days you will receive another email confirming that your refund has been processed.
1. Can I purchase more than one pair of shoes and return the ones that I don't want?
Yes, we are happy for you to do this.
1. I selected 'Store Pickup' as my delivery method. When can I collect my goods from your shop at Bloc Climbing Centre in Bristol?
We keep all our stock on site and so you can collect your order any time after you have placed it. We are open 12 til 9 on a weekday and 10 til 5 at the weekend. Please note that if the website indicated that one of your items was out-of-stock you will need to get in touch before collecting your order.
