The Max Climbing Maxgrip Hybrid takes the original Maxgrip design and adds a wooden insert for the main 'finger' area, this is far more friendly on the skin so you can still train between sessions at the crag or gym. You can work your fingers, forearms and core in 6 different grip orientations. They come as a pair and each one hangs individually, this trains core stability and means you will be less likely to get elbow pain compared to a normal hangboard.
