After a few years of break in climbing I finally have time to do this again. Because I did it before I'm actually progressing through the grades quite well.
I am very happy with this board because in my opinion (compared to the training aids at my indoor wall) it have the broadest range of difficulty. From comfortable full hand grips at the top, through different slopers and ingenious jugs, to impossible finger tip edges and one finger holds. So I can go from power pullups on the big holds for my arms and core training, through hanging of the slopers and jugs for grip strenght, to killing my fingers on the finger holds.

And the biggest thing about this board. It's the highest finger board out there. I absolutely love how good it is for assymetrical holds. One hand on the sloper and the other on the jug. Or top grip and lower finger hold. Excellent for strenghtening one arm grip.

!. Service from BF was absolutely spot on.
2. It really is cheapest you can find, I wouldn't be able to afford it otherwise so big thank you BF.
3. Read about finger boards. You can really injure yourself especially if you are a starter. I use it mainly to work on my grips and to get rid of the sloppines. On the wall you are having fun without paying attention to details.

Highly recommended.

This is a great training aid, we have placed it above the doorway into an upstairs bedroom. It is easy to use and the Metolius website has some good training programs.
I started with the easy program and in a couple of weeks was able to do this, and then did a climb at Creation Birmingham which I just hadn't had the strength to do before.
Now working on an intermediate program which will probably take months to conquer.
It is a good board with lots of different holds.
I would recommend it.
