$214.45

In any environment or scenario, the Thermarest NeoAir XTherm is tried, tested, and trusted by both alpinists and mountaineers, as well as every other type of outdoor enthusiast you can think of. There are many reasons for this, the Thermarest NeoAir XTherm's intelligent construction and Triangular Core Matrix provides its stellar warmth-to-weight ratio. This keeps people trusting in the Xtherm to be their primary sleeping mat year after year. Ultra stable thanks to its 2.5 inch (6.4 cm) thick construction, the XTherm boasts a 6.9 R-value, allowing users to take it into the most extreme corners of the world. Available in several sizes, the XTherm features the high-performance WingLock valve, allowing the pad to inflate three times faster thanks to a larger opening and one-way inflation. Like all Therm-a-Rest pads, the NeoAir XTherm is made to ensure quality and minimize environmental impact. The pad includes a breath-saving pump sack, compact stuff sack, and field repair kit. Boom.

A very good product, previously I had some Kathmandu krap and had to exchange it 3 times. I obtained a refund & bought this far superior product instead. The stuff sack inflator idea is good but a little tricky in reality. Getting the stuff sack full of air takes practice.

only used in mild October weather for a 3 night trip on Dartmoor. You can really feel the warmth being reflected back to you. Its really comfy even compared to a 3.8cm SIM mat and half a kilo lighter too. I cant wait to try it in frosty or snowy situations. I bought the large size to for the extra width to keep my elbows on the mat whilst lying on my back. The only down side is the price but I got a really good deal with Banana Fingers. The Large size fits into a Hilleberg Akto easily although getting it inflated is a little of bit a faff but well worth the effort. Comes with a pump sack too. Didn't deflate at all during the night. It seems quite robust but I wouldn't jump up and down on it. When pithed on a slight slope it did tend to slide during the night and ended up with my sleeping bag pushing against to wall of the tent.
