Piranha Knife
Everybody needs an emergency knife and the Trango Piranha is a great solution. It is easy to open one handed and locks out with a sliding mechanism. There is also a nice safety mechanism which ensures that the blade cannot be opened when attached to a full size carabiner (lightweight carabiners may let the the blade wiggle its way out in some cases). The blade is made from 440-C stainless steel to ensure lengthy stints between sharpening. The Trango Piranha also doubles as a bottle opener (because you can never find one when you need one).
