The Patagonia Descensionist Pack 40 litre is a durable backpack designed for the outdoors. The pack is made from burly 420-denier recycled nylon providing lasting durablity with great water shedding capabilities. The main compartment can be accessed via a side access zip or through a roll top, providing quick access to your gear, expansion to accommodate bigger days and easy packing. Features a snow safety-tool pocket with organization sleeves with an accessory pocket inside. Ice tools can be carried internally or externally. A foam back system and wide hip belt provides evenly distributed load supportwhen carrying larger and heavier loads. A dynamic strap system carries skis and snowboards in an A-frame, vertical or cross position, but is removable to save weight.
